consideration, the Court concludes that the Proposed Findings and Recommended Disposition
should be, and hereby are, approved and adopted in their entirety as this Court's findings in all
respects.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that:

Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute (Doc. No. 60) is GRANTED.

2.

If Plaintiff wishes to reopen this action, he is first required to reimburse

Defendants $190.75 for the court reporter’s fees they incurred on July 8, 2015.
