Askew v. Burl et al
ORDER adopting the recommendation, 49 , and overruling Askew's objections, 52 . Askew's notice of appeal, 44 , was premature and does not deprive this Court of jurisdiction to consider the recommendation and enter final judgment. Askew's remaining claims will be dismissed without prejudice for failure to pay the filing fee. Butler and Branscomb's motion to dismiss, 30 , denied as moot. Signed by Judge D. P. Marshall Jr. on 9/8/2015. (jak)
