approved and adopted in its entirety as this Court's findings in all respects.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

Defendants' motion to dismiss (Doc. No. 31) is granted in part and denied in part.
2.
Gonzalez's retaliation claims against Rivera, Does, and Kruger are dismissed
without prejudice.
3.
Kruger is dismissed without prejudice as a defendant.
4.
Gonzalez may proceed with his free exercise, establishment, and equal protection
claims against Rivera, Johnson, Landers, and Does.
