Judgment is not entered at this time so as to allow Plaintiff Tyrone Porter an opportunity to pursue a possible claim against Officer Bailey Phillips; Plaintiff is given 30 days from the date of this Order to amend his Complaint & join Officer Bailey Phillips as a party to this proceeding.
