(b ) (c ) C e ll phones must be turned off and put away when in the courtroom. W ire le s s internet components of electronic devices must be deactivated when in district courtrooms. (d ) T h e United States Marshals Service may further restrict electronic devices f ro m entering the building should a threat assessment so dictate.
