Coleman, are hereby authorized to bring a cell phone, laptop computer, or personal digital assistant into the Craighead County C o u rth o u s e Annex, 511 Union Avenue, 4th Floor, Jonesboro, Arkansas between Tuesday, O c to b e r 5, 2010, and Friday, October 8, 2010, subject to the following rules: (a ) T h e devices mentioned above may not be used to record, photograph, or film a n yo n e or anything inside the courthouse. (b ) (c ) C e ll phones must be turned off and put away when in the courtroom. W ire le s s internet components of electronic devices must be deactivated when in district courtrooms. (d ) T h e United States Marshals Service may further restrict electronic devices f ro m entering the building should a threat assessment so dictate.
