HURT, et al ORDER R o b in Dull is hereby authorized to bring a cell phone, laptop computer, or personal d ig ita l assistant into the United States Courthouse, 615 South Main, Jonesboro, Arkansas b e tw e e n Tuesday, November 16, 2010, and Friday, November 19, 2010, subject to the f o llo w in g rules: (a ) T h e devices mentioned above may not be used to record, photograph, or film a n yo n e or anything inside the courthouse. (b ) (c ) C e ll phones must be turned off and put away when in the courtroom. W ire le s s internet components of electronic devices must be deactivated when in district courtrooms. (d ) T h e United States Marshals Service may further restrict electronic devices f ro m entering the building should a threat assessment so dictate. A violation of paragraph (a), (b), or (c) may result in seizure of the electronic devices, w ith d ra w a l of the privilege to bring an electronic device into the courthouse, or other s a n c tio n s . A violation of the prohibition on recording, photographing, or filming anyone or a n yth in g inside the courthouse may be punished as contempt of court.
