Defendants argue that, a lth o u g h Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and his pleadings should be liberally construed, th e s e pleadings fail to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and are intended o n ly to inflame and prejudice the reader against the Defendants.
