In the motion, these Defendants request that the Court strike docket e n trie s #26, #27, #28, #29, and #30 from the record in this case. Defendants argue that, a lth o u g h Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and his pleadings should be liberally construed, th e s e pleadings fail to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and are intended o n ly to inflame and prejudice the reader against the Defendants. The Court agrees. The C o u rt GRANTS the Defendants' motion (#31). Docket entries #26, #27, #28, #29, and # 3 0 are stricken from the record in this matter.
