Plaintiff's claims for compensatory damages against Defendant Beasley for violation of his constitutional rights are DISMISSED with prejudice. The parties may respond to the Court's consideration of summary judgment for Plaintiff on his procedural due process claim w/i 14 days of entry of this Order. The 1/18/11 bench trial is CANCELLED.
