IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: Plaintiff shall file an Amended Complaint setting forth the specif ically-requested information outlined in the Partial Recommended DIsposition; 4 Plaintiff's MOTION to Amend is DENIED; 8 Plaintiff's MOTION for Discovery is terminated as a motion.
