IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: Plaintiff shall file an Amended Complaint setting forth the specif ically-requested information outlined in the Partial Recommended DIsposition; 4 Plaintiff's MOTION to Amend is DENIED; 8 Plaintiff's MOTION for Discovery is terminated as a motion. After careful consideration, the Court concludes that the Proposed Findings and Recommended Partial Disposition should be, and hereby are, approved and adopted in their entirety as this Court's findings in all respects. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff shall file an Amended Complaint, within thirty (30) days of the entry date
of this recommendation, setting forth the specifically-requested information outlined in the Recommended Partial Disposition; 2. 3. Plaintiff's Motion to Amend (Doc. No. 4) is DENIED; and Plaintiff's Motion for Discovery (Doc. No. 8) is terminated as a motion. Defendants
