ORDER reflecting Plaintiff Bowen has not complied with Magistrate Judge Jerome T. Kearney's Orders 17 & 20 , & apparently decided in January to drop his case [19-1]. In light of Bowen's failure to prosecute, the Court dismisses his Complaint without prejudice. The Court denies as moot 16 MOTION to Compel & 19 MOTION to Dismiss. Signed by Judge D. P.
