IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Plaintiff's Original & Amended Complaints against Defendants are DISMISSED, for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this dismissal constitutes a "strike" within the meaning of the PLRA.
