The parties stipulate to the dismissal of Charles Hogland’s claim, with prejudice, “in exchange for a waiver of costs.” Accordingly, Plaintiff Charles Hogland’s claim is DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE, each party to bear their own costs.
