1. The Court withdraws the reference.
2. Though he's updated his address, Addison hasn't submitted an
updated application to proceed in forma pauperis, filed a statement about is
intent to proceed with this case, or kept in touch with his appointed counsel.
Ng 29 & 38. The time to do so has passed. Ng 32 & 36. Addison's complaint
and amended complaint will therefore be dismissed without prejudice.
LOCAL RULE
5.5(c)(2).
3. Appointed counsel's motion to withdraw, Ng 38, is granted. Jeremy
Swearingen is relieved as counsel with the Court's thanks.
4. An in forma pauperis appeal of this Order and the accompanying
Judgment will not be taken in good faith. 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3).
