ORDER adopting the 15 Partial Recommendation with one correction and overruling Addison's objections, 16 . The correction: the recommendation's conclusion should refer to Addison's and Horrin's claim - not Havens's claim s, which weren't addressed. The Court directs the Clerk to amend the docket text of No. 15 accordingly. Addison's and Horrin's claims will be dismissed without prejudice. Havens's claims will also be dismissed without prejudice. An in forma pauperis appeal from this Order and accompanying Judgment will not be taken in good faith. Signed by Judge D. P.
