FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW granting in part and denying in part 4141 Petition for a Declaration of Unitary Status and Release from Court Supervision filed by North Little Rock School District and granting in part and denying in part [4 159] Petition for a Declaration of Unitary Status and Release from Court Supervision filed by Pulaski County Special School District ; releasing the State of Arkansas from its obligation to pay for any and all desegregation efforts of the North Littl e Rock School District, the Pulaski County Special School District, and the Little Rock School District, except for those associated with M-to-M transfers. Each district has 30 days from the entry of this order to file a ten-page brief to show cause why the State of Arkansas should not be ordered to stop funding for M-to-M transfers.
