States the Western District of Tennessee for coordinated o r consolidated pretrial proceedings p u r s u a n t r o 28 U.S.C. 1407. See 598F.Supp.2d 1379 (J.P.M.L. 2009). Sincethattime, five additional actions have b e e n transferred to the Western District ofTennessee. With the consent ofthat court, all such actions have been assigned to the Honorable Samuel H. Mays, Jr. This order does not become effective until it is filed in the Office of the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District ofTennessee. The transmittal ofthis order t o said Clerk shall be stayed 15 days from the entry thereof. Ifany party files a notice ofopposition with the Clerk of the Panel within this IS-day period, the stay will be continued until further order of the Panel.
