Pending is Defendants’ motion to strike the door latch opinions of Dr. L.D. Ryan due to
spoliation. (Docket # 76). Having considered the Defendants’ motion and the Plaintiffs’ response,
the Court finds that the motion should be, and hereby is, DENIED.
