Plaintiff’s motion to voluntarily dismiss his claims against Defendant Barbara Hamilton (docket entry #213) is GRANTED, Plaintiff’s claims against Hamilton are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, and Hamilton’s name is removed as a party Defendant.
