As noted in the Memorandum and Order, Plaintiff’s Constitutional claims against
Defendants are Dismissed with prejudice, except the pain medication claim against Defendant
Anderson, which is Dismissed without prejudice, for failure to exhaust. Plaintiff’s state law
claims are Dismissed without prejudice.
