REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Plaintiff's 1 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED; Plaintiff is required to pay the statutory filing fee of $350 for this action; the Court will not assess an initial partial filing fee; Pl aintiff is obligated to make monthly payments of $20% of the preceding month's income credited to her prison trust account each time the amount exceeds $10 until the filing fee is paid in full; directing the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of the findings and recommendations to the Administrator, Hawkins Center for Women, and other appropriate ADC offices; it is recommended that Plaintiff's 2 Complaint be DISMISSED with prejudice; that dismissal of this action consti tute a "strike"; and that the Court certify that an in forma pauperis appeal from the Order adopting these recommendations would not be taken in good faith; objections must be received no later than 14 days from the date of the findings and recommendations.
