OPINION AND ORDER in accordance with the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, the parties have agreed that claims of violations of anti-discrimination laws, such as the FMLA and the Arkansas Civil Rights Act, must be resolved through the grievance and arbitration procedures in the collective bargaining agreement; therefore, this action is hereby dismissed; judgment will be entered accordingly.
