Consistent with the Opinion and Order entered on July 15, 2013, plaintiff Ray Curtis’s
claims under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended), 42
U.S.C. § 1983, and the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and his statelaw breach of contract claims against his former employer, the Arkansas State Plant Board, are
dismissed with prejudice. The Clerk is directed to close this case.
