IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Defendant Johnson’s Motion for Summary
Judgment (Doc. No. 87) is GRANTED, and that Plaintiff’s claims against him are DISMISSED
with prejudice.
An appropriate Judgment shall accompany this Order.
