Arkansas, on the claims of Marlyn Haynes, individually and as Administratrix for the Estate of James
Arthur Haynes. The complaint of Marlyn Haynes, individually and as Administratrix for the Estate
of James Arthur Haynes, is dismissed with prejudice.
