consideration, the Court concludes that the Proposed Findings and Recommended Disposition

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

Speer (docket entry #55) is GRANTED, and Plaintiff’s complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
