I have reviewed the Proposed Findings and Partial Recommended Disposition submitted
by United States Magistrate Judge Joe J. Volpe. No objections have been filed. I adopt the
Proposed Findings and Partial Recommended Disposition in their entirety as this Court's findings
in all respects.
Accordingly, Plaintiff’s claims against Defendants Bradley, Murray, Dunham,
Daughterty, Smith, Boener, and Angerman are DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to state
a claim upon which relief may be granted. I certify that an in forma pauperis appeal from this
Order would not be taken in good faith.1
