proposed findings and recommendations, the Court adopts them in their entirety. Accordingly,

Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 9) is GRANTED.

Defendant Southern Health Partners is DISMISSED.

Plaintiff’s official capacity claims against Defendant Eichler are DISMISSED.
