ORDER granting 1 Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. The complaint needs more. Nowden must state grounds for the Court's jurisdiction, she must give more than just conclusions about ELCO's alleged violation of law, and she must explain h ow Anita Davis was involved. Nowden must also state where and how the defendants may be served with suit papers. Nowden must file an amended complaint addressing these points by 11 March 2016.
