IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
EASTERN DISTRICT OF ARKANSAS
BENE BREEZE TILLOSON,
CHARLES LIGGETT, Doctor, ORCU, ADC
Plaintiff Bene Breeze Tilloson has submitted this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 case for filing in this

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT the Clerk of the Court is directed to
IMMEDIATELY TRANSFER MR. TILLOSON’S ENTIRE CASE FILE to the United States
