ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Before the Court is the parties’ joint motion, stating that they have resolved their
dispute and requesting that the case be dismissed with prejudice. The Court finds that the
motion should be granted.

GRANTED. This case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
