17 September 2018 at 1:30 p.m. in courtroom B-155 of the Richard S.
Arnold United States Courthouse. CSCB must show cause why it
should not be held in contempt for not paying the $2,000 fine by the
extended deadline of 3 August 2018. NQ 205, 208, & 209 at 2. Chase

Steppig and Christopher Branch must both attend the September 17th
hearing as CSCB representatives. The Court would also appreciate a
joint status report from all parties on discovery. Please file the report
by 10 September 2018.
