(Docket entry #92) D e f e n d a n ts have responded to Plaintiff's motion stating that they have attempted to locate s u c h document, but have been unable to do so. (#93) In addition, Defendants argue that th e letter is irrelevant to the issues pending in this lawsuit. The Court agrees. Plaintiff's m o tio n (#92) is DENIED.
