Accordingly, IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Gay, Perry, Wendy Kelley, Hallman, Parker, O'Neal, Rawls, and Turner (DE #39) is GRANTED, and these defendants are dismissed without prejudice from plaintiff's complaint.
