Counsel. See docket entry #8. Plaintiff has not set forth a sufficient basis for the
Court to reconsider that ruling.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT Plaintiff’s Second Motion for
Appointment of Counsel (docket entry #15) is DENIED.
