Kimble v. Williams et al

Filing 5

ORDER adopting the 4 Report and Recommendations with a clarification. While dismissals for failure to state a claim are usually without prejudice, all Kimble's claims suffer from legal defects that cannot be cured by amending the facts alleged. All claims are therefore dismissed with prejudice. Signed by Judge D. P. Marshall Jr. on 12/21/2012. (dmn)
