proposed findings and recommendations, the Court adopts them in their entirety. Accordingly,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that defendant Richard’s motion to dismiss is GRANTED
and defendant Richard is DISMISSED with prejudice from plaintiff’s complaint. Document #20.
