IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that: 1. Defendants’ motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Document #15. 2. Defendant Jackson is DISMISSED without prejudice from this cause of action for plaintiff’s failure to exhaust his administrative remedies.
