consideration, the Court concludes that the Proposed Findings and Recommended Disposition
should be, and hereby are, approved and adopted in their entirety as this Court's findings in all
respects.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that:
The Commissioner’s decision is reversed and remanded for calculation of benefits as a
“sentence four remand” within the meaning of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and Melkonyan v. Sullivan, 501
U.S. 89 (1991).
