respects.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that:

Defendant Shawn Richard’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 43) is

GRANTED.
2.

Defendant Shawn Richard is DISMISSED without prejudice due to Plaintiff’s

failure to exhaust administrative remedies against him.
