proposed findings and recommendations, the Court adopts them in their entirety. Accordingly,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that defendants Ericka Johnson and Jacqueline Tump are
dismissed without prejudice, for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
