record, the Court adopts them in their entirety. Accordingly,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that defendants’ motion for summary judgment is
GRANTED in part, as to defendants CCS and Floss, and DENIED as to defendants Hubbard,
Kirk, and Bazzel. Document #64.
