Hortica-Florists’ Mutual Insurance Company and Arcelia Muniz a.k.a.
Arcelia Montize, Evencio Garcia, and Agustin Garcia Gonzalez are
dismissed with prejudice.
Ms. Muniz/Montize, Mr. Garcia, and Mr.
Gonzalez are therefore dismissed as parties to this action.
