ORDER
Before the Court is Plaintiff Neighborhood Community Outreach, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss.
(ECF No. 24). Plaintiff seeks to dismiss all claims against Defendants with prejudice. Upon
consideration, the Court finds that the motion should be and hereby is GRANTED. Pursuant to Rule
41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, all of Plaintiff Neighborhood Community Outreach,
Inc.’s claims against Defendants are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
IT IS SO ORDERED, this 11th day of May, 2012.
