dismiss Plaintiff Columbia Mutual Insurance Company’s complaint (ECF No. 1) with prejudice
in light of the parties’ underlying settlement agreement. The motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s
complaint (ECF No. 1) is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
