Cook filed two affidavits of service (Docs. 18-19) verifying that Mr. Cook mailed a copy of the Motion to Withdraw (Doc. 14) and the Court's Order (Doc. 15) to Plaintiff. Both return

receipts were signed by Vornal Singleton on September 19, 2008. As of this date, Plaintiff has not complied with the Court's order or communicated to the Court in any that it intends to proceed with this action. case is DISMISSED WITHOUT Accordingly, Plaintiff's on the grounds that
