Civil No. 09-02080 PETITIONER LARRY NORRIS, Director, Arkansas Department of Correction ORDER NOW on this 11th day of January 2010, RESPONDENT comes on for consideration the Report and Recommendation issued by the Honorable Barry A. The Court has reviewed this case de novo and, being well and sufficiently advised, finds as follows: Petitioner's objections offer neither law nor fact requiring departure from the Report and Recommendation and the same should be, and it hereby is, adopted in toto.
