Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendations, the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Separate Defendants Allen, Ree, and Crawford County, Arkansas (Doc. 12) is GRANTED, and these Defendants are dismissed from this action.
