Accordingly, Plaintiff’s claims under the Civil Asset
Forfeiture Reform Act and those brought against the State of
Arkansas are DISMISSED.
This leaves for later determination
Plaintiff’s claims against Sebastian County and the Sebastian
County Sheriff’s Office.
