recommendation is proper and should be and hereby is adopted
in its entirety.
Accordingly, Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss
(Doc. 12) is GRANTED and Plaintiff’s Complaint (Doc. 1) is
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
