entirety.

Accordingly, Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (doc. 20) is

GRANTED, and Plaintiff’s Motion(s) for Summary Judgment (docs. 22,
26-28) are DENIED.

Plaintiff’s Complaint (doc. 1) is DISMISSED

WITH PREJUDICE.
